Time-Out with Horses

The Hollies Horse Sense - Equine Assisted Learning: 1 hour session

Mindfulness, Nurturing and Nature Connection.

Take time out to be in nature, switch off and focus on trust building and meaningful engagement with the horse.

During this session, participants have the opportunity to deepen their relationship with their natural environment with the help of our equine team. Horses can help us greatly to slow down, clear our minds, be in the moment and ground ourselves.

Engaging with our equine partner, participants can gain personal insights while receiving feedback from the horses in a non verbal, authentic and non judgmental manner.

This process creates a safe setting for touching base with yourself, your feelings and your needs.

We will also use creative interventions such as journaling, working with natural materials, drawing and we will explore grounding techniques such as basic breath work.
